Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Rates & delivery
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
- A flat $6 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $75.
- Standard delivery typically arrives in 35 business days after dispatch.
Packaging
Every order ships sealed and clearly labeled, with the batch-matched certificate of analysis included online. Products are packed to protect them in transit; store them per the handling guidance on the label upon arrival.
All products are shipped for research use only. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified purchaser and will handle the materials in accordance with applicable laws and accepted laboratory practice.
Tracking & issues
If your tracking hasn't updated, or a package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (for example, FF-24817) and we'll make it right.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's in transit, and we can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
